Job Purpose
- Executing sales activities of the INVE/Benchmark Advanced Nutrition (BAN) products within the allocated territory and within the allocated segment. You report to the area manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales activities of INVE Aquaculture Mexico’s products and for delivery sales and gross margin targets in the allocated territory
- Assist the area manager in setting up the sales strategy in the allocated territory
- Implement the sales programmes to maximum profitable sales of INVE products
- Support the commercial development of the business in the allocated territory and expand sales of our range of products
- Support the distribution network
- Identify and suggest potential key accounts (KA)
- Use product knowledge and in-depth knowledge of the client’s requirements in order to advise on the right product mix for their needs, ensuring that the customer understands the full range of the features and benefits of the products, and how they meet their specific needs.
- Adjust application of our products to local characteristics, find the right sales argumentation and ways to increase the company’s profitability
- Coordinate and tackle with technical sales support and area manager specific technical questions arising from KA
- Organize product presentations for commercial purposes to existing and potential KA
- Provide after sales service for established KA
- Negotiate best payments terms with KA
- Follow up deliveries, payments terms and collection of A/R in accordance with the area manager
- Support forecasting
- Follow up market trends and competitor information (market intelligence) for timely adapting to changing market developments and needs for the customers
Qualifications and experience
- Biologist, Aquaculture Engineer, Oceanologist , Veterinarian, Nutritionist, or equivalent by experience
- Degree in Aquaculture is an asset
- Industry/ sector experience and knowledge
- Significant experience in the local aquaculture industry
- Proven relevant and successful sales experience

Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Ciudad Obregón, Mexico, with frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel
