With an official certificate for organic fish farming and the launch of its organic retail brand, Kiliç aims to meet the demand of today’s food-critical consumer for clean, traceable and healthy seafood.

13-22 MONTH LIFECYCLE
Kiliç’s organic marine fish is cultured in a 13-14 month lifecycle for seabream, and 16-22 months for seabass. At this point the fish have reached their portion size of ca. 600 gr.
100% TRACEABILITY
The entire production cycle of the fish is monitored through a traceability system. All transactions from hatchery to packaging stage, are electronically recorded accounted for.
2 RETAIL STORES
The company has set up Kiliç branded retail stores in Bodrum and Izmir. There are plans to open up more of them in major cities throughout Turkey .
