Technical Sales Assistant (Brazil)

Job Purpose

  • The purpose of this role is driving sales growth by providing high level commercial and technical support, building strong client and distributor relationships, conducting product trials, and delivering clear analysis and reporting of results to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit regularly clients by providing commercial technical consulting
  • Deal with clients, in order to obtain the request under mutually satisfactory conditions
  • Identify customer needs, profiles, and market opportunities
  • Accompany the market trends and formulate initiatives seeking to increase customer portfolio in order to stimulate sales growth
  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors
  • Personal training for customers and distributor on how to use the INVE product portfolio
  • Plan, implement, and monitor product trials to demonstrate performance and efficacy
  • Analyze test results and prepare clear, accurate technical and commercial reports

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree in aquaculture, biologist or a related field
  • Good level of technical expertise is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Sales Assistant or similar role
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Active Category B Driver’s License
  • Frequent national and occasional international travel is required

Regional Product Application Manager – Health (Shrimp Grow-Out)

Location: Southeast Asia
Travel: Approximately 60%

Make local insights drive global product success

Are you passionate about shrimp farming and interested in turning field experience into better products? As our Regional Product Application Manager, you will play a key role in connecting Product Management with the realities of the market.

Working closely with customers, commercial teams and technical colleagues across Southeast Asia, you will collect valuable market insights, coordinate product validation trials and generate the evidence that helps optimise our Health portfolio. Your work will directly contribute to improving product application, strengthening technical recommendations and supporting future product development.

What you’ll do

  • Gather and analyse regional market needs, customer feedback and product performance data.
  • Translate field results into practical recommendations for product application, protocols and product optimisation.
  • Develop technical documentation and evidence-based product argumentation to support Product Management, Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Technical Experts and Regional Technical Support to ensure products are adapted and applied for regional farming conditions.
  • Contribute regional insights to support continuous product improvement and Local-for-Local innovation.

What we are looking for

  • Hands-on experience in shrimp farming, with a strong understanding of health product application and aquaculture production systems in Southeast Asian markets.
  • Experience designing, coordinating or analysing technical field trials.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across international teams.
  • Fluent in English; an additional regional language is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia.
